–football
–baseball
–basketball
–golf (because our best golfer can throw orgies the night before he wins the Masters)
That’s it.
Canada, please shut up. We don’t care about hockey.

Do Americans realise that the rest of the world all 5 and 3/4 Billion humans care nothing for:
-American football
-Baseball
-Basketball
And we all laugh at you when you refer to your in house contests as the world Series??

The rest of the world though couldn’t give a rats a$$ about American Football, Basketball, or Baseball … because the majority of the world watches Football (soccer).

American Football is basically English rugby except you girls need padding.

I have become a bigger hockey fan since football has become what it is. When guys are pounding their chests and doing chicken dances to celebrate a tackle that just gave of a 10 yard gain I don’t think I can condone that…or routine arrests.
To hell with Football. Basketball goes without saying…wrote it off along time ago.
Gold is an old man’s game for old men to play..not watch.
Sex..nobody will ever dethrone that as the number one sport. At least not until a guy reaches golfing age.
Baseball is one I had written off but may have to reconsider since the “culture” of the game has started to change.
I was trying to be nice for them, especially after the shambles they made of the games.
We cared and we lost, but we have nothing to be ashamed of. We gave ‘em a good run for their money, and we lost in overtime. Let’s be gracious in defeat and even more determined next time!
The game was brilliant and just the way a gold medal game should be – exciting down to the wire and to go into sudden death incredibly exciting. Ice hockey has a huge fan base here in the US and this was a well played game. Congrats to Canada for their win and well done to the US team for their valiant effort and, the silver.
