I would suggest going to the official Canadian government website as well as the official websites of the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta. I’m sure you’ll find good information there.
Practically anywhere……….. particularly British Columbia, as I know from various books & fishing shows on TV that the rivers around the Vancouver Island / fraser valley area are the most prolific Salmon fisheries in the world http://www.freds-bc.com/ (a guide based in Chilliwack, about 60mins from Vancouver, and mentioned in JOHN WILSON’S GREATEST FISHING ADVENTURES book, written by the UK’s leading fishing show host).
A town called Fernie in Alberta above Montana has great fly fishing. Beautiful mountains and rivers. You might need a guide to get to the best spots. guide fees can be $250 a day.
