I decided to go and visit my daughter fotr a visit to decide if I wanted a separation and three days later he drove to Canada and picked up a woman he met online.I’ve heard this is illegal. Is it?
Is he sleeping with her? If not I don’t think it’s illegal wrong yes but unless they are doing something not much you can do why don’t you leave him sounds like a loser to do that
He “picked up a woman”, and you ask if it is “illegal?”
Men ‘pick’ up women everyday of the week.
Seems rather obvious that he’d been talking to this women on line for a little while anyway.
It is never ‘illegal’ for a man to ‘pick up’ a woman. Such behavior is is simply against his marriage vows.
Maybe he couldn’t wait for you to make up your mind and decided to just get him another woman to fill the void left by you when you decided to go on vacation……
She can stay as a visitor for 6 months. Get a good attorney ASAP.
I agree with some others…I’d throw her out of my home so fast her head would be spinning. He can take his chippy to a hotel.
sound like he plan it to me find out if she has a green card if not report her and kick him out.
call the police and put the issue on record, so in the future you can have some sort of evidence of what happened.
Get a very good divorce attorney. Take the house and leave him and the other woman on the street. Have his computer hard-drive seized and examined for his communications with this woman and/or others to use in building your case against him.
So, were you on vacation, or separated? Either way, if you had stayed home and attempted to work things out with him, it wouldn’t have happened.
Sounds like no legal seperation was filed…you can throw her out of your house yourself (as long as your name is on the house). I would probably pick her up and literally do just that if it were my situation….oh, there is NO way some woman would move into my house. Good God!! What he did is assuredly immoral…you need a hardcore lawyer to wipe the floor up with him.
Perfectly legal
