Yeah this town is different, I agree with the restaurant comment, mostly high prices, poorly prepared and don’t dare complain.
Simple everyday tasks and difficult to get done by some of the service outlets like the fucking morons at Real Canadian Oil Change who ticked off the sheet after servicing my car,” topped off windshield washer fluid “.
Sure they did, with fucking water !! with the cold weather my whole washer system is completely frozen solid, fucking idiots !
Oh well $9.00 an hour ??

    Ugh. Kelowna.

    No work,

    expensive to live.

Better to go to the lower mainland.

I moved here a year ago, I don’t mind it at all as I’m into golf and there is good courses in this area. It’s expensive here, we looked for a condo to buy, refurbished 15 year old apartment building, one bedroom and den 200k+,,,,,,forget it. There is more high priced awful restaurants in this town than good restaurants. And yes the main drag ( Harvey ) is nothing but and endless strip mall.

i spent hours in that lake as a kid, it gets REALLY warm. Mostly at the shores its warmer, middle of the lake is cooler. Kelowna gets hot, like 35-40.

  10. AHumbleNarrator says:

Kelowna is absolutely beautiful in a natural sense. It’s just such a shame it’s basically one big ugly strip mall full of retarded Albertans and big trucks.

  15. JCVdude says:

In comparison to the Caribbean – yes it is cold. But with it being so hot here (it was 33) it feels great! Not so cold that you can’t spend a lot of time in it.

  16. rickkcir1 says:

That water MUST be cold??? Doesn’t look like it in the video though :)

  17. rodneykingman says:
