So when you release a fish its important not to knock the fish around too much, or to throw the fish into the water. It’s best to get water moving through the gills of a fish first. So here I’ve got this walleyed pike in the net and am releasing him.

This is a tribute to the great fishing/wildlife at Maynard Lake Lodge. The highlights include 50 inch muskies, 40 inch Pike Thich Walleyes, and Smallmouths as big as footballs. There are also several clips of Moose, bear, and even a wolf. Maynard Lake Lodge is truly a special place. Oh yeah, the food is second to none. Can’t stop thinking about next year’s trip.
