I hear the they have free health care in Canada, could I move there to retire, and get it?

Should I move to Japan or Canada?

Or just stay in the US?
I’m just thinking about my future.
I want to move somewhere and get a farm.
I’m unsure where. Upstate NY? Canada? Japan?
I like Canada, and I want a vacation home in Japan..But I like New York too.
I meant rural areas for Japan and NY.
As in more of a farm-like setting.
