Brand new luxury home in Las Vegas. never lived in. Will sell no less than 10,000 and no more than 15,000 tickets at $100 each. 10 for $900. Chance of winning a $750,000 luxury home are 1 in 15,000. Millions of chances better than any lottery or casino, anywhere. Could be owned by a group as vacation home in Vegas. 15 mins. from strip, view lot, upgrades worthy of $750,000 valuation, located in quiet upper middle class neighborhood. Does anyone know of a country or area where this will be legal?

I don’t get why you think it’s illegal. I’m actually have a ticket with a local chaity group in eastern Canada who is doing almost the same exact thing but with a regular home. They are selling 2500 tickets on a $150000 home. Though I believe all proceeds go to charity.

I think they are all illegal if you do it for profit.

you can do an auction style sale in “ebay”
put a reserve on your price and for 30 days.
and in the description ..add that 55% is going to charity.
    over your price.
